HOA Payment Options
There are multiple convenient ways to pay your assessments as follows:
Paying Online via the Association’s Bank Account
If you would like to create an account to pay online via your community website, you may access the registration page here.
Directly on the top right of the page there is a Register button.
There is $1.99 charge to pay via e-check, and to use a charge / debit card, the fee is 3.25% of the amount you are paying.
Online Banking
Slatter Management has a strong partnership with multiple HOA banks. When an association contracts with our company, we require them to change to a bank chosen by Slatter Management. The banks we partner with are integrated with our CINC software to ensure the safety, security, and efficiency of the association's funds. If you would like to setup BillPay through your personal Bank account, please contact Slatter Management.
Auto Draft
If you would like to set up auto draft via Slatter, simply complete an auto draft form.
There is no fee to do this and the drafts are done on the 10th of every month.
